We are looking for a Backend Developer with NodeJS expertise that can bring more clarity and know-how to the development of new backend features with the best-in-class stack. We need new talents that could help us scale our service and provide a better experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code;
• Develop robust APIs;
• Create and maintain software documentation;
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our app;
• Stay plugged in on the latest technologies trends.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail. Ability to critique and modify existing specifications;
• A good understanding of Javascript, NodeJS, APIs, and relational databases fundamentals;
• Experience developing and releasing NodeJS applications (point us to your work if you can);
• Ability to work in areas outside of your usual comfort zone and get things done quickly and with quality;
• Ruby/RoR Knowledge is a differentiator;
• Passion for open source <3.

Compensation
