We put smart technology in the hands of ambitious businesses, so they have the cash and confidence to manifest their dreams. Our invoice-to-payments subscription software complements accounting/ERP software (MYOB, Xero, NetSuite, SAP etc.) to automate the process of getting paid. We are expanding our products and services as well as our team! We are a team of over 75 across Australia, Brazil, and the Philippines and are looking to hire those with curiosity and grit who get excited about having a big impact in a growing startup. We have some exciting plans for the future, with an IPO and international expansion expected in 2022.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at ezyCollect, you’re someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and wants to be a major factor in the success of our clients.

On a daily basis, you’re likely to interact with multiple languages, frameworks and tools. You’ll be working in a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with our Sales team to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients and the business.

Please note that we are an Australian company, and all our internal and external communication is in English. Therefore we can only consider candidates that apply with an updated English CV and have fluent English communication skills.

For the right candidates, we are open to considering relocation to Australia, after twelve months of employment!

Requisitos

Obrigatórios: - 6+ years of software engineering or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience in a multi-tenant cloud-native product working closely with customers and the Sales team - A firm understanding of enterprise integration best practices and models for sharing IT services across the enterprise - Experience in managing multiple prospect and customer requests at any given time - Experience jumping into complex situations, making sense of and communicating complex technical issues clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Advanced time management skills, ability to work well under pressure, and proficiency at developing workflows to increase productivity while still following standard processes and procedures - Technical competency and professional experience with the majority of the following; full-stack programming, Java, Spring Boot, JS, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL and NoSQL databases - Writing secure, resilient, and performant solutions - AWS (Lambda, S3, SNS and SQS, etc.) - Advanced/Fluent English

Desejáveis: - Ideally have relevant experience in a fast-paced FinTech or SaaS business - Experience in writing technical content - technical guides, knowledge base articles etc. - Experience within a Microservices environment - You are analytical and data-driven in your decision-making, balancing time and effort devoted to different day to day tasks - Someone who enjoys solving many small problems every day - Interest in utilising customer feedback to identify and drive improvements in our products - Ability and eagerness to share your ideas while being open to those of others - Comfortable managing and driving multiple competing priorities at any given time
